Sketchy practice owner / chiropractor - Justin. Called to inquire about why my wife was charged out of pocket for a visit, and why it wasn’t billed to insurance. He immediately became extremely defensive over a simple inquiry. All but refused to explain the reasoning as to why it was charged out of pocket, not billed.
His words “anything that you over paid will be used toward your future visit” which implies to me that he charges out of pocket so when and if a claim is filed, he can circle back and still pocket the money you over paid. The provider over charged me on my visit. Trying to get my insurance claim approved and since he was no help I called the insurance company. Refused to send over the paperwork and verbally abused the representative. DO NOT GOT HERE!!!
From the front desk representative all the way to the back room for consultation, my experience has exceeded expectations. The perfect chiropractor in a perfect gem development of about a 1000 square foot open adjustment Bay Area equipped with a variety of stability therapeutic equipments and everything appears very lit and clean. It’s been a great honor to sit in Dr. Justin’s consultation room for a sports tape of my ankle. In addition to being a hellova chiropractic model, he is very sporty guy, thoughtful, and a very gentle patient side demeanor. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you!
