SER INC is nothing shy of a gift from god. In the midst of significant water loss, made worse by the first contractor's more than doubling the scope of the project due to negligent remediation methods, SER INC restored my faith in contractors. Their workers in the field, the project manager, and their front office manager helped me navigate a stressful situation with such grace. They showed me they care about the people they serve, not the invoice. Going above and beyond to support me along the way. I cannot thank them enough for how well they took care of me. I'm confident they will do that for you, too!

I highly recommend SER without reservation. The professionals there actually “do what they say they will do, then do it with expertise and in a timely manner.” Our situation involved a hot water pipe that had burst in the crawlspace. Based on the water bill, the pipe had been leaking for over a month. After the pipe was repaired, SER cleared out the massive amount of water, placed dehumidifiers and fans to dry it out and then placed protective floor covering the way it should’ve been done when the house was built in 2017. The hot water leak caused damage to the hardwood floors on the main level of our home. Some hardwoods had to be replaced and all hardwoods required refinishing. All the furniture was moved out of the house and into a pod that SER delivered. Once the work was completed, they moved all the furniture back inside and set it up the way it was originally arranged. Extensive work was also necessary in the garage. The sheet rock on one full wall was replaced, sanded, and painted. The hardwood steps were also replaced. We are extremely pleased with their work and appreciative of the professionalism from “ all the people” involved in this extensive project. A special shout out to Trevor Moore, the owner and Stephen Taylor, the project manager. Both were actively involved in the project and assured me that everything would be done in a ‘first class manner.’ I’m extremely pleased to report that all work was “expertly” completed just as they assured me it would be.
