So far the process has been very easy and stress-free. My agent Aliyah has been very diligent in maintaining contact and walking me through the virtual inspection process, which really needed no assistance from me.

Greg Patterson was great. He got my insurance company to pay the claim even after they had turned me down. He stayed on top of the process. He let me vent my frustration (poor guy) with other people involved in the process. He maintained utmost professionalism, integrity and knowledge the entire time. There were follow up calls and texts, and thorough explanation of the entire process. As someone who has worked in Customer Service for many years, I can tell you, Greg is a Gem.
