I’m so happy with my experience at Puddles and Pups! After a terrible time with another salon, we brought our 6 month old Bernedoodle puppy here and Sydney did an absolutely amazing job! They are kind and patient. Our sweet pup went from scraggly to smooth and shiny :)
Marissa has groomed our small doodle twice now and done an incredible job both times. Our Reba is not easy at all when it comes to grooming and Marissa has been very understanding and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I've been coming here since I moved to the area and always had a good experience. When I owned two longer haired dogs (Smush and Grizzly), groomers were very good about accommodating asks for haircuts and my dogs never seemed stressed or anxious to go. They passed and I now own a pug (Machi Maru) who just goes for baths and de-shedding but she loves going and I can tell they take extra good care of her. Josh has been her bather for years now and he's exceptional and kind. She always comes home with a fancy new nail design so it's always a fun surprise for us.
