As someone who has suffered from migraines for just over 15 years, signing up for personal training at Pro Balance Wellness has been the best decision I’ve made. I’ve been a massage client with Doug since about 2017 for migraine relief. I found massage therapy helped reduce the intensity and frequency of my headaches and migraines. Every session, Doug made sure to listen and understand what muscles in my shoulders and neck were bothering me and adjusted his technique to ensure my tense muscles responded well. If you're looking for a personal trainer, Doug and his team are the absolute best. He listens to the goals you want to achieve and helps you to achieve them. If you follow the plan he designs for you, the results are amazing. I've been working with him for a little over a year and a half, I always feel like I'm the only client he has even though I know better. His focus is always on you and your goals. His training extends beyond the studio, he helps with nutrition and encouragement and answers texts or emails very quickly. I highly recommend Pro Balanced Wellness for personal training.
You meet few people in this world that truly have a positive impact on your life & Doug is one of those people. He is diligent beyond words at creating individualized programs & his workouts are phenomenal! I’ve been training for almost a year & have never done the same workout twice. He is ALWAYS on time, so for those of you with busy schedules you will never have to worry. He will work with you on every aspect of your training including mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, nutrition & more. Most importantly, the workouts are always fun!
