I contacted Richard about a clog in a drain line and he and his assistant, Craig, came by a fewchours later. They quickly got tovwork and within a few minutes got the drain unclogged. Then, Whilecthey were here, they worked on a couple of other drain lines, one of which was full of mud from a recent pool overflow, and got those lines cleared, too. Then, after hearing me mention that our downstairs bath toilet was acting up, they removed the toilet and ckeared that drain, too. I was very hsppy withvtheir wirk and their commutment to getting the job done right. 5 stars!
Did a great job at a fraction of the price of the big companies. Answered my call late last night and was able to come out next day (and on time, which is rare for contractors). The website doesn't exactly fill you with confidence and it would be nice to get a text or something to let you know he's on his way, but you won't be disappointed with the service. He was fast and knew exactly what to do from start to finish. If you have a grease clog, Richard is the guy to call for sure - don't spend 3 or 4 times the amount with a big company for the same results.
