As a repeat customer I continue to highly recommend Pike Plumbing. This family-owned business came to my rescue when the main sewer line backed up into our basement. This was not just any clog, it was caused by the original builder’s sub-contractor who drove a piece of rebar into the sewer line. The average plumber would have cleared the clog and called it a day but Pike’s crew (Josh, Bryant and Guillermo) took the extra step to figure out why we had a clog. They excavated our slab, removed the pipe that was damaged by re-bar and backfilled the holes and re-poured concrete. Zac Pike spoke to me over the phone, then came out to inspect the details of our job. His respect, validation and demeanor was what secured our trust. His estimate was fair and competitive. The 2 gentlemen that came out were respectful of our home and told us what to expect. The work was pristine. I liked that the hot water heater was American made. Prompt and efficient.
