Poorly trained junior staff. It's customary and just plain good service for the staff to confirm your name and address verbally with you, and because this staff person didn't do it, I paid 20$ for usps label with an incorrect address under my name (which, btw, go to the post office the same thing is so much cheaper there). The manager defended the staff person and essentially told me I lied because I did not see an information confirmation page. I only saw a terms sheet which they asked me to sign. Honestly it's not worth a bad time and bad service when there are so many other shipping options.

I return a lot of amazon packages and its not always clear on how the package needs to be returned. The staff at this store showed me what to look for and remined me that they are not amazon and they do not make the rules. At first I was disappointed that I had to pack my return but after their explanation I fully understood! Also they showed me how to return my amazon package so I would not have to pay for packaging in the future. They where very informative and took the time to help me through the transition. I would hands down recommend this store over all others. They even let me use their computer to leave this review.

We got there 5 minutes before they closed. I sent my husband to return something back to Amazon. I've returned things myself multiple times before so knew I didn't need to package up anything. The amazon return label clearly states that UPS would package it, ship it out for FREE well my husband didn't know that. The girl there charged him $3 for shipping it back, and the worst part I couldn't go inside anymore, it was closed... I've been tracking the package since that day, it was a baby tummy time play gym that was $50 that my brother gifted us from my baby registry I decided to get a different one instead when I got refunded.
