Great experience. Customer service cheerfully greats and responds to my issue with a sense of urgency. McNichols cares that I get exact what I need and not necessarily what I might originally have thought I wanted. I learn about the products provide and the best use. Thank you
They have a large supply of various sizes and material of wire mesh and perforated metal. The customer service is excellent. Communication and time frame is exactly what you would hope for. I would absolutely recommend.
They are my go-to for jobs requiring grating and their customer service is always commendable. Out of the many orders placed, there was only one time a mistake was made, but McNichols went above and beyond to make things right.
