“Called on December 14th regarding a service that I have been quoted on by several other locksmiths. The lady on the phone proceeded to say it is not possible and hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone regardless of what you need.EDIT: I called back to try and convey my point, the customer service rep (Megan) took my number and actually followed up on my inquiry, after she called back she confirmed they would not be able to do it but also said it was possible. She was very nice and overall it was a good experience. Knocking one star off still because my original call was terrible and I should not have had to call twice to get an answer.“

“I locked my keys in my car and I called a locksmith that told me he would be there in 20 minutes. I asked them how much it would cost, and they told me that they didn’t know. They told me there would be a $35 service call and the unlocked fee was $35 and up, depending on what they had to do. When the technician arrived two hours later, he told me it was gonna be $225. I said what $225 you told me 35 and up but you didn’t say it was gonna be nothing near that and I told him I wouldn’t pay $225 to have my car unlocked he said I still owed him the $35 for coming out if I wasn’t gonna pay him to unlock the car so I gave him his $35 and sent him on the way then I called Cobb parkway Locksmiths and they told me they would be there in 20 minutes then they told me the price over the phone and I agreed that it was reasonable to come unlock it the technician showed up in 12 minutes very fast very prompt. Had my car unlocked in five minutes. And then I was on my way home. I will never call one of these Locksmith services that won’t give me a price upfront again. It’s a scam when they give you these starting price is just so they can gouge you at the end. When around here need a Locksmith I know the only one to call is Cobb parkway Locksmith they’re prompt fast and professional and they let you know the full price before they come out to you. And what they tell you on the phone is exactly what you’re gonna pay no more. Thank you Cobb parkway locksmiths for the fast prompt and professional services you gave us in our time of need!
