Poor customer service, hidden cancelation fees, will never patronize this or any location in the future.

Massages are good if you can get in unfortunately the last two I have scheduled have been cancelled. One of which I was notified just 45 min before appt time. They requested that I come in later which unfortunately isn’t feasible, which is why I booked my appt when I did. I understand things happen but twice in a row is frustrating.
Edit: general manager called. Very kind and helpful. Rescheduled on another date. Will update review at that point.

Jessica was very knowledgeable and professional. She instantly put me at ease. She did a very thorough exam and explanation of my needs. I left feeling extremely refreshed, educated and relaxed.

Okay experience, I guess. Massage was alright but when I've gotten massages as other places the massage therapist will ask how I like the pressure and that didn't happen. I also don't think they read the intake form bc I asked not to have legs massaged but they did it anyway. Not sure if I'll be back.

This is my first time ever hearing about this spa and scheduling this for my mom's birthday. I paid for a 90-minute massage with hot stones, and menthol soothing cream. My mom didn't even get the full treatment time as she said she only get a little over an hour as well as no hot stones were done. Yet I was charged for all of this. Not doing this again.

I just moved here from Florida. Been a member with hand and stone well over 5 years. The front desk staff is extremely rude here. I canceled my membership in less than 2 months of being here :( it’s unfortunate because I really enjoyed my time as a member with Hand and stone but I will be searching for a better experience elsewhere.

I really hesitated to leave a poor review ONLY because of my beloved massage therapist Lavette and the other therapists i have seen that are wonderful. They are not the problem. La Vida changed to Hand and Stone with no communication of change or price increase. I have been with them, even through their change, for 12 years. I had a very nasty conversation with Kira, at the front desk, because of an oversight on my part and their linking my account to my boyfriend’s email. They care nothing about client retention and would prefer to dump the people that are “grandfathered” in to Hand and Stone. I have brought so many people in with me as gifts or as fun outings. It really disgusts me. I then received some BS call from another store manager in Canton, Jessica, who claimed to be the regional manager. Hand and Stone wasn’t the reason I returned. My massage therapist was. She doesn’t need help retaining business or clients because she is that good. I will also add that I did love and had a great relationship with the previous owner, Muriel. My money will be better spent outside of this dump. Thanks, but no thanks. A thousand places out there that handle their long time clients with more care and respect. Good luck 👋🏻

Y’all, if you haven’t been to this new-ish Hand and Stone location yet, you are missing out!! First, the Associate Manager MK is the most lovely person you could ever possibly meet. The esthetician is incredible and I’m just so glad we have this here in West Cobb! Also, if you’re not a full member, also missing out! Self care is the key y’all!!
