Been a member for 5 years and the atmosphere is always welcoming and professional. A huge part of that is due to the manager, Sarah. She is friendly and approachable so that members feel free to give feedback and ask questions. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism are a direct reflection of the manager, who models this excellent behavior daily. There are closer gyms for me but this one is worth the extra driving.

My family and I came to this LA Fitness while visiting GA. We are members back at home. I was a little concerned by the reviews but checked it out. I don’t really know what people are complaining about. This gym was 100x better than the one back home. Newer machines, weights and a functional training area. Gym was clean (I did not go into the bathroom or sauna).

LA FITNESS Wade Green is mostly good! The kids that work there, don’t keep up with things that run out at times like hand sanitizer and filter for the water machine. And the handprints on the entrance doors as with most places including grocery stores and convenience stores, seem to always have smudge marks, and finger prints on them, definitely making a nice petrie dish, and breeding grounds for bacteria! The grouting on tiles in the mens room should be at least cleaned once a month! However, all the equipment is in working order as always there, and the sauna and jacuzzi are two amenities lacking in most clubs today!! Overall I would say B minus!
