We had to have our 17 year old rat terrier put down. The entire team was extremely professional, polite, and sympathetic to what we were going thru. They helped make a difficult situation a little easier and the kindness we were shown was very much appreciated.
The staff is very friendly and patient. My dog Enzo had a great visit here for his annual check-up. He saw Dr. Edward who let me know my dog was healthy and well fed at home ?. We gotta start working out and shed about 25lbs off my chuncky pup. I appreciate that they squeezed in a bath special. The October themed bandana was sooo cute. Also, the fish tank is so cool.
Absolutely amazing experience! My reactive dog usually struggles at the vet, but the team here made us both feel so safe and supported. They were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I truly felt like he was in the best hands. So grateful for their care!
