I've had nothing but good experiences here. Most of the negative reviews are from people who were angry because they were asked to pre-pay if they hadn't been in over a year or were new, but as a business owner myself, I understand how it can be trying to chase payment for services you've already rendered. They have always been very respectful to me, and the quality of the work they do is top notch.

I have been a customer of Jiles Cleaners for 15 or so years for all my dry cleaning and have always gotten the best of service! My clothes are always ready on time and are in perfect order when I pick them up. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for exceptional service!Service: Alterations

We’ve been customers for ~10 years… very highly recommended!! The owners are kind, friendly, and happy to see us every week. The quality of cleaning is superb. We carefully evaluated all local cleaners and will never go anywhere but Jiles.
