I’ve tried my best to give this business the benefit of the doubt but after several tries they remain consistent in providing poor experiences. My first time going here to pick up my clothes, apparently their internet service was down so the gentleman couldn’t process my debit card payment for my clothes. I offered to take my clothes as I needed them and I will return later or another day to pay and he refused. After going back and forth with him he took my debit card info down to process my payment later so that I could get my clothes at that time. I really didn’t like that. Over priced for the amount of work they do. I had 3 patches stitched and 4 pieces of work sewn for $100! That’s ridiculous. On top of that, they forget to return my materials back to me. Wont be coming back here. And I recommend to price shop other shops.

Always super nice and helpful...been a customer for several years. They have always been professional and courteous EVERY time I go...even stayed late one time to hem my daughters prom dress. I've been to a ton of cleaners and Q Cleaners is by far the kindest and solid quality.
