Was referred to them from a friend as I had my AC unit go out last week. Called and they put me on the schedule. Ben came out right on time, maybe a little bit early and was courteous, professional, and a friendly guy. Walked through what the issue was and what I tried to do to resolve it. Ben got right to work and had my AC unit up and running in 15 mins (probably would have taken him less time if he wasn’t entertaining my questions/stories). Overall great experience, not destroying me on cost was also a huge upside! Thanks all for coming out so quickly!!
I couldn't be happier. They came out within 48 hours while I wasn't home and fixed it. Came home to an invoice and paid the next day. They easily could have just told me I needed a new unit to try and upsell me but they didn't. When the time does come for me to upgrade systems they will be the first and only people I will call.
