    I have been a patient of this office for 17 years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment before it became MyEyeDr. Now, since the merger, getting through to the appointment desk just to make an appointment is horrible. I called this morning just to see if I could move an appointment to another day. I had them on two phones and after 38 minutes on one phone and 47 minutes on another, I just hung up. I love Dr. Zutaut and I do not want to lose her, but the appointment process is just horrible. I'm really sad I may be forced to move practices. If I'm not a valued patient, I will find another practice. Thank you.

    I used them to update my prescription, but since moved out of the area. They called me and emailed me about a year later letting me know that I was about due for another appointment. I responded and reached back out to let them know that I live in a different state. I now continue to get robo calls from them trying to get me to go back in.Go here if you want to be hounded with robo calls for years.

    I first came in to get a pair of glasses and a glasses exam, they rushed me through the exam and just so happened to miss that I needed a special corrective lens for one eye so I had to go back TWICE to have just the glasses fixed. After wanting to give them the benefit of a doubt I went in for a contact exam and paid $75 of my own hard earned money to get the prescription, they again rushed me through the process. I told them multiple times that I wanted the generic brand clearsight, because it was a brand I had used before and was comfortable with the price, they still managed to give me a prescription for a brand that cost three times more than my contacts even with... read full review
