This is the 1st hair salon I have went to and my blow out last my for at least a month long. I am natural, no perm. I love how my hair never frizz up when she does it! Not only do I love the way Luz does my hair but she also will accommodate her schedule for you. She is so sweet and is so good at what she does. Definitely 5 star I’d rate her a 10 if I could.

Honestly, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and is sad to say that today was my last day for good. I’ve trusted the women at this salon with styling my hair and today pretty much was the icing on the cake .
I drove 3 hours to have my hair done specifically at this hair salon . I stated I had a wedding to attend and needed to have my hair dyed and styled . I’ve had my hair dye over 100 times by the stylist at this salon and had no issues at all. But I asked for dark brown and got JET BLACK. I was extremely confused as to how hard that was to achieve bc I had blonde hair before she dyed it. I would never ever ever ask for her black hair . I cried like a baby in my car bc I felt like the stylist charged me $130 and showed no empathy. Also , I’m going to a wedding ! I can’t go like this . I have dark brown eyebrows and jet black hair . I’m honestly disappointed with this salon and now feel like everything is ruined. Like I don’t even want to go to the wedding bc of it. I just feel like if she couldn’t do dark brown , it should’ve been brought to my attention.

IF I COULD DO A NEGATIVE 1 STAR I WOULD... I came in a week in advance to ask the hairstylist, LUZ (goes by EMILIA) if she could dye my hair a certain color. I showed her 3 pictures and she SWORE she could do it... I showed her pictures of my hair before (from 3 months ago when it was freshly done. my blonde highlights had faded and my hair was brassy.) She reassured me she could get me to the same tone. I was there from 11am to 7pm and i left looking like a CARROT!!!!! My hair has NEVER EVER been orange at the root. Im 32 weeks pregnant and i left that salon BAWLING MY EYES OUT. I HAVE BEEN CRYING FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT!!!! This was one of the WORST services ive ever had. She did my moms hair and left her highlights ORANGE as well. I am so disappointed and so hurt i feel like i want to cut all my hair off.. not to mention the chemical burns she left on my scalp from the bleach she used!! I felt so played because the other stylist in there were telling me how good it looked.......THIS LADY CHARGED ME $310..... WHEN A WEEK PRIOR SHE HAD TOLD ME $200....... She knowingly let me leave the salon looking a mess and said to come back the next day for her to "tone" it.... there is no fix to this other than going ONE dark color to mask the ATROCITY committed.

I moved to Georgia on February of 2022, and my first visit to this salon was a month later March 2023. I’m not an easy customer by far to please all of the time , but the ladies that work there are all fabulous , friendly , professionals and always striving to provide the best customer service with a smile . I go every two weeks , make sure you have an appointment scheduled for prompt service. Luz , Carmen and María are all excellent hair stylists . Let me not forget Valeria the receptionist, that always answers the phone with a smile. Jonathan is an awesome barber ready to cut and style men and boys hair as well. God bless everyone , much success ?

Maria does FANTASTIC work!!! She is super sweet, very patient and goes above and beyond! I leave with my hair ALWAYS looking and feeling fabulous after a wash & roller set/blow dry. She came highly recommended and I highly recommend her too!?
