I was thinking about getting a new guitar and was about to leave when the manager came over and asked what I was looking for. Long story short, Philip was incredibly helpful and worked out a great deal for me on a used EC-1000T.
He has great people skills, was super nice, and very down to earth. No pressure at all. If you’re dealing with Guitar Center, I’d definitely recommend asking for Philip.

I went there december 23 2025 and there are 2 amazing employees Phillip and Klay they both deserve a raise and they worked as hard as they could to drive mw a good bargain and Ivw been loving my new guitar Phillip especially was great and Klay was also very help ful thanks!

Stopped by today to buy a few items and browse some guitars. I did not expect to find a Flying V!!! Phillip and the sales team (Jay) are super helpful and are there to answer any questions that you may have. On top of that they have an amazing tech, I believe his name was Josh (big metal dude ?). Thanks guys!! Great place and very nice folks!
