The day before thanksgiving and my daughter has an ear infection. I look at several urgent care in the area and they are all booked. I happen upon this urgent care and they had an appointment available within 30 mins (4 pm). I book it and my daughter and I are on the way. I get a call on the way that even though I booked the appointment online, they will not be able to fulfill the appointment. The nurse I talked to lacked all empathy at all. It’s 4 pm and I’m told there is no way that they could see my daughter and that it would be Friday before they could see her. With the amount of urgent care in the area, I will never try to go here again and I would advise you to look elsewhere as well.

My 4th time using GoMed. They are amazing!!! My daughter didn’t feel good yesterday afternoon, scheduled the visit for today at 8am. They came to her, diagnosed her, and prescribed her what she needed to feel better. The NP, Penelope Anderson was wonderful. I immediately trusted her knowing she has worked in a level 1 Trauma center ER for many years. Thank you GoMed!!!

I’ve used this service twice and had APNP Penny both times and my family could not have had a better experience. Communication was great, always professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick and very friendly. I will always opt to use this service over packing up my family to go to an urgent care center. This is much more convenient and safer for us.

Mandi was so amazing. My kids were really nervous about taking the Covid test and she made it so comfortable for them. We laughed the entire time. Her customer service was great. She came at exactly the time she said she would come and was super responsive. Thank you so much Mandi!

With having 30+ years of sinus infections and having moved to Kennesaw about 2 weeks prior I had not established a local physician. Within an hour of making my online appointment, Nurse Practioner Cynthia arrived at my home, gave me an antibiotic shot and prescribed an oral antibiotic (15 day supply). She was extremely professional, very fast to arrive and was finished in 20 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOMED and will be using them again in the future.

I am so thankful to have a service like this in our area. Mandi kept in touch before arrival and treated me as if she would family. I was so touched by her caring personality and will never go to urgent care again. The one on one care I received was unbeatable.She even listened to my 1 yoa sons lungs to make sure he was okay after she spotted his runny nose. Thank you Mandi!!

GoMed is a wonderful service...especially for those who may not be able to get out during their sickness such as single people who live alone, the elderly, or parents with small children. The service has been better than my primary care physician! I'm grateful for GoMed...and my practitioner is so warm and caring...such a blessing.

Saw a billboard for this service while on my way to an urgent care center on Good Friday. When the original urgent care center told me there was a 2 hour wait, I pulled up GOMED on my phone to give it a try. GOMED called me within 20 minutes to verify my appointment, so I ditched the waiting room and went home to await GOMED in comfort. I sincerely still cannot believe how easy it was to register for the appointment much less how quickly they arrived at my house (within an hour) and took care of me right in my living room. I may never go to a doctor's office again!
