I had such a great experience at this optometrist’s office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming and kind. Doctor Mital Patel was just as wonderful—polite, patient, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my exam.
I especially want to highlight Michael, the glasses stylist, who helped me choose my glasses. As someone who’s more introverted, he made the process feel easy and even fun. We spent about an hour going back and forth on frame styles, comfort, colors, and details I wouldn’t have thought about on my own. I want to give a huge shout out to Alexis, Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff. Alexis was amazing in assisting with the best option for me financially on choosing my lenses. She was incredibly patient with all my questions, is kind and professional. Dr. Patel is also always amazing and thoroughly explains everything to me every time. She is very patient with all my questions as well and very professional. The remaining staff is just as wonderful! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have been coming here since Dr. Charles and they made the switch so easy and have resumed my care since he’s been gone for the last few years. I am so grateful for everyone!
