I not sure they even know they do kids lab work. Wait times are always more than an hour. More people walk out than they process.

3 times now I have been to this location and told that they are closed and unable to do my child’s labs even though the hours of operation showed they should be open.

My daughter started with a very high fever Saturday night, Motrin helped her sleep but the fever was back as soon as the meds wore off. We decided to get her looked at since it's Christmas week and so many germs are going around. Masks were given to all uptown arrival by a security guard. I was alerted the wait would be about 2.5hrs but we didn't have an alternate option. We brought a coffee for me and Gatorade for my girl, an iPad and headphones and lots of patience. The waiting room is large with lots of chairs, televisions with movies and a few screens with simple video games. The waiting area was also decorated for Christmas.
