Vladimir was the most knowledgeable, professional, efficient and effective plumber I have ever had! I highly recommend hiring him for any and all of your plumbing needs. Vladimir went above and beyond and addressed/fixed a variety of issues ranging from clogged pipes, to malfunctioning garbage disposal, to addressing issues with my water heater. I hired Batylin Plumbing for my water heater repair but my water heater was 26 years old and we ended up having to replace. I was really happy with the water heater installation (they also did not charge me for the previous repair). I also had to get my toilet repaired, the toilet was backing up once a week. He did a drain cleaning and have not had any issues with the sewer since then. Great company and prices.Services: Toilet repair

I hired Batylin to move some plumbing lines for two new vanities to be installed. When they came to install the vanities the lines were not centered so the vanities would not center on the wall. I called them to come back to adjust them at my cost and hook up the sinks and toilets. All of this was to be additional work. I was not even disputing the costs. They said they would be there on Thursday to do the work. Waited all Thursday and called several times. They have never called me back.I tried for a week to call them. I am super sad about it too. They were very nice. I hate that just making a phone call to coordinate was too much for them..
