I have never met such a wonderful group of people in the Kennesaw, Ga area like Lianne Chuck, OD! The Atlanta Eye Group were outstanding in their efforts to improve the vision of neurological patient Tonya Moss. I traveled in my wheelchair to LensCrafter and it was hot ? outside and Micheal let me in a little bit earlier than my appointment! Josh fitted me for my new glasses ? after my appointment with Lianne Chuck, OD! I am grateful for their service and kindness! Thank you for getting me out of the sun ☀️ and thank you for a pleasant experience! Thank You ?!

My husband and have had our annual eye exam with the optometrist for the past few years. The doctors are always knowledgeable and pleasant. The staff is typically helpful. However, the level of customer service provided by a team member in particular- Design (Kennesaw State mathematical major with a great approach to interacting with patients), is certainly next level. His welcoming disposition, engaging demeanor, regard for patient priority and professionalism truly enhances an otherwise mundane experience. This young man definitely adds a positive, noticeable difference to this team!
They were behind so we had a long wait, but they let me know that in advance when we arrived, so my kids and I went to the food court and they called me when they were ready for us.
I also added on a contact exam and they didn't have time to do the training, so they refunded me and I will go back to them once I set a new appt as they are literally 2 minutes from my house.
They didn't have to do that, I am very grateful as we are paying out of pocket.
Service was a A-1: 5 stars... gave 4 stars for the long wait.
