Lake Joy Med-Stop
“I’d give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the triage nurse I saw today. Whoever was the triage nurse on 07/11 at around 1pm needs to reconsider her attitude when assessing patients. She was very dismissive of my pain and even was giggling to herself that I decided to come to a med stop (mind you, not a ER!) for a lower back strain. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.
Despite her, everyone else was very kind and compassionate especially nurse Cassandra and provider Jacey. I usually have a great experience here and although this was a one-off experience for me, I do think that nurse needs a talking to!”
