“So I have been here about 4 times through 2 years. My spouse has been here twice. We have had nothing but great experiences from here.Everyone who reviews this place that doesn't get what they want will 1-star this place. When it could have just been a bad day, so you can give a 3-star review. Since they were not waited on hand and foot, they give a 1-star. You have to realize this is URGENT care, not the ER, and not your primary doctor. It is to mitigate your issue temporarily at times. They don't have all your history like your primary team. So chill out and stop being petty.Listen, this place gets packed at times. Deal with it, there are a lot of sick people or injured at times. These people try to get you seen and do their best. Just like you they have mistakes, so chill.“
