So I have been here about 4 times through 2 years. My spouse has been here twice. We have had nothing but great experiences from here.Everyone who reviews this place that doesn't get what they want will 1-star this place. When it could have just been a bad day, so you can give a 3-star review. Since they were not waited on hand and foot, they give a 1-star. You have to realize this is URGENT care, not the ER, and not your primary doctor. It is to mitigate your issue temporarily at times. They don't have all your history like your primary team. First time here and it was a great experience. I saw Kelly and she (and the rest of the staff) were all fantastic! Very quick (less than an hour) and the Publix behind them was very convenient.
Cannot praise the staff here enough! Registration was swift and all the work done was turned around quickly. Dr. Norman is the best! Coolest bedside manner of any doctor I can remember going to.
