Lake Joy Med-Stop

I’d give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the triage nurse I saw today. Whoever was the triage nurse on 07/11 at around 1pm needs to reconsider her attitude when assessing patients. She was very dismissive of my pain and even was giggling to herself that I decided to come to a med stop (mind you, not a ER!) for a lower back strain. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.

Despite her, everyone else was very kind and compassionate especially nurse Cassandra and provider Jacey. I usually have a great experience here and although this was a one-off experience for me, I do think that nurse needs a talking to!

Lake Joy med stop has the best service and quickest compassionate care. JACEY and CINDY were the ones who specifically worked to make my visit A1. I Highly recommend this location for Adult and Children services. 10 out of 10!! Outstanding!!!! From the entry to the care. Top tier!! I also had x-rays taken and even that gentleman was nice and very gentle!.

Doctor ham was amazing and you can tell she knows her stuff. She professionally handle my situation and professionally gave advice for aftercare and notes for my primary! All around 10/10 I hope they keep Mrs. Ham she's a god send !
