From the time I was first greeted to the time I left this business all I could think is these people are very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects from insurance questions, test taking and explanations, and doctor Patel was phenomenal. I can’t remember all of the names I had encountered with but if you have any problems or need any advice/expectation on lenses Caleb is the most knowledgeable person I have ever came across ( I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years and have went to multiple eye doctors in multiple states) he was polite and answered all my questions with honest/implicit answers. Phenomenal experience today at Brown’s Eye Center (Kathleen Location). Dr. Dipal Patel was attentive and extremely knowledgeable! The staff were friendly and greeted me upon entry! The location is convenient and the decor is stylish! The eyeglass displays were organized and spacious! I would highly recommend giving this business a visit! You won’t be disappointed! ????

Amazing experience. I was in desperate need of new glasses after my labradoodle puppy chewed up my old frames. We came into Brown’s hoping they could help and everyone went above and beyond. Emily was fantastic and helped me pick out some new frames and was even able to salvage my old glasses so they are usable until the new pair comes in. Everyone from the reception staff to the doctor was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here for all your vision needs!
