I had an amazing experience at Sound Decisionz today. They fit me in as a walk-in, treated me with top-tier customer service, and got me in and out in just a couple of hours. I came in to have an amplified subwoofer installed in my vehicle. The team did an excellent, clean, and professional job from start to finish.
They explained everything clearly, tapped the signal the right way, tuned the system perfectly, and made sure everything sounded exactly how I wanted — clean, powerful, and balanced. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and about taking care of their customers.
I got referred here by a friend who got provided excellent service. I came looking for a modern stereo upgrade and they did an amazing job.. The technician and the front desk worker communicate very well. In love with the work they did!! They gave me a deal on the price. I’ll return for more modifications.
