I was introduced to Firesign Design Building by the Real Estate Agent that helped my Mom transition from NC to GA. She came highly recommended.
Firesign Design Building LLC & Kimberly provided excellent professional services from the beginning - over a span of 2 years (the present). Kim was very communicative and patient with my Mom as we worked through many layers of moving my Mom from NC to Georgia while having my daughter manage the home projects.
As a child, I was at peace with Kim leading the project for my Mom as she made sure to include me in all communications and decisions for the project.
In early September 2022, I experienced extensive water damage under my sink that extended into the living room. After the cleanup, three restoration companies did follow through with the repair. I met with Kimberly Lacy-Lightford in March 2023. I decided to upgrade the kitchen. Kimberly brought samples of tile, backsplash, paint and hardwood for me to choose from. Her construction team upgraded my 23 year old kitchen and placed new hardwood flooring in the living room and hallway. They were very professional. I am very satisfied with the project.
