I used Diaz HVAC, Covington, GA. 30016. This man took advantage of me. He charged $250.00 for a capacitator. He was unprofessional in service. He never told me in advance what was wrong nor the cost. He asked for cash! I reported him to Consumer Affairs. He never responded. DON'T USE HIM .

Would NOT recommend. Was given his name to contact about replacing my ductwork. I stated multiple times I was in a rush to get it completed in the next couple days. Never did he say that wasn’t possible. He stated he would check his schedule and let me know that night. I never heard from him, waited the entire next day as he read and ignored my messages, and when I finally got a response he stated “if you are in a hurry find someone else” and “i dont work for you.” I responded that i have wasted a day when he knew i was in a hurry and could have simply stated that he couldnt get to it this soon and allowed me to find someone else.
