Worst service of any barbershop I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to barbershops on 3 different continents and over 20 states because I travel a lot for work and for fun. This barbershop can’t do what they do at 99% of other barbershops. This is why they have multiple 1 star reviews and I’m here to add another one. It actually hurts my heart to see black owned businesses run with such little integrity or concern for providing the community with good service.

The first time I went to this barber shop last year one of the techs that HAS loc, did the low half of the back of my hair and cut my locs and split them.. on my birthday. No offer to refund or make it right but I did get an apology. I let it go and went to a different barber after I had to wait 6 months to grow my hair back out. Josh was doing a great job, but yesterday he did the same thing the first barber did and cut my locs. Instead of going straight across and level with my ears, he cut above my ear on both sides creating an upward curve and CUTTING my locs. This time I got no refund, no offer to make it right and NO apology but rather blaming how my locs was formed...read full review
