I have gone to Alexa for several appointments. She helped me dye my hair a pretty ginger color and then helped me dye it back brown for the fall. Both of those appointments took 4-6 hours and she gave me a very fair price. I have continued going to her for cuts and she did an amazing job this last time when i wanted to try adding some fun layers to my hair. I absolutely love it. My favorite parts of my visits is getting to chat with Alexa. She is such a fun person to talk to and i can confidently say i have never felt bored at one of her appointments. Anytime she felt that something didn’t take right with the color or she would schedule me a second appointment free if charge if we didn’t have time to fix it right then that way she and i both could be confident it came out just right. Alexa is a great hair dresser and person and i highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to do their hair.

Alexa has been cutting my hair since the beginning of 2024, and while I only go every few months I can say I’ve never left unhappy. She has some of the best customer service manners and attitude of most people in the hair industry, and part of why I love to go is to laugh and catch up with her. She can give you anything. Be it you’ve got an exact idea in mind for your hair or you just want to randomize it up, she’s got you and has a plan. Honestly I think if you’re unhappy with her work, you either a.) weren’t honest abt whether you liked it in the moment (stylists can only go by what you say you’re happy with) or b.) have got some other stuff going on in life and are projecting it elsewhere. She’s a 10/10 and the place itself is super nice and well kept and professional looking. Would recommend, especially to those who are LGBTQ+ and looking for someone safe to do your hair :)

Came in for a cut and color correction for a 6 month+ old box dye job with Alexa. After two visits 10+ hours total, and over $250 later, I am left with a mediocre cut, the same color, and dry and dull hair two weeks later. Which was interesting because I was reassured over and over the health of my hair is top priority, and would not be compromised. Also: there were statements made about a staff member at Zazu Hair by the stylist which made us sure to not come back again, we don't support creeps! Avoid.

I’m going on 6.5 weeks since Kim did my hair and I cannot WAIT to book my next appointment with her!! She looked at my photo and my hair and knew what I needed. I haven’t received so many compliments on my hair in so long! I cannot wait for my next appointment with Kim! Purple and blonde here I come!

Highly recommend!!!!!Constantine and angel!They are a team! I had no idea what kind of hairstyle I wanted. I had an idea but both of them brought the idea to life! They made me feel good. I hate getting my hair cut. Constantine is very detail oriented. Angel made the colors and found exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is I have to wait till my hair grows back to see them.
