Is an amazing local place, is a convenience location for us, and their beautiful staff make our visit a pleasure! But the best of all is, their customer service. We experience an amazing customer service by Felicia every time we go to the salon. She is an outstanding representative of what customer service should be in any organization! The salon is always spotless, the manager is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to answer questions, resolve concerns, and make sure I’m set up on the most valuable spray tan membership. The beds are clean, the rooms are dust-free, and the spray tan booth is always in great condition. I never walk out with streaks or an uneven color — ever.

What I appreciate most is how easy they make the whole experience. They provide everything you need at no extra cost: barrier cream, foot covers, hair net, hair ties, hand wipes, extra towels, and even nose and lip protection. And the best bonus of all? They offer clean, freshly laundered robes so I don’t have to fully redress between tanning beds and the spray booth. That alone is a game changer.

Their formulas are amazing — tons of shade options, great scents, and the rapid solution is a must for anyone who wants a long-lasting tan without long waiting times. The membership value compared to cost is unmatched. Unlimited tans and sprays for a reasonable price… you truly can’t beat it.

For corporate/franchise owners:
As much as I love this location and make the 30-minute drive regularly, I still wish East Cobb had a Palm Beach Tan closer to our high-density residential area near Sandy Plains Rd and Shallowford Rd. We have no high-quality tanning salon within a few minutes of home. The one nearby is outdated, not clean, and nowhere close to the Palm Beach experience. Please consider opening a location near Lassiter High School — or even near Sprayberry. You would stay incredibly busy!“

“I recently discovered this place and have been couple of times here. I absolutely love the atmosphere here and also the staff is really great at their job! Rose and Arjay both took good care of me. Alexandra the lady at front desk has always been welcoming! But today there was a new lady at the front desk who absolutely has no sense of customer service and is least bothered to welcome and greet customers! Even at the time of my checkout she was busy on the phone which was absolutely rude. Also she confirmed my appointment and when I had already started she called to reschedule for next day which never happened with me before at this location. And hence am taking out 1 star for this location and I might not visit again if such attitude continues!“

“i’ve been a member at Palm Beach tan for years, This location is hands-down the best tanning salon I’ve ever visited! The facility is spotless—every bed and booth is cleaned thoroughly between uses. The equipment is top-tier: multiple levels of UV beds, IR sauna and even red light therapy.
What really sets this location apart is the staff. Meredith and staff greet me by name, remember my preferred bed and time and always suggest the perfect lotion without being pushy. My favorite location...“

“I have been going to blossom threading for the last 6 years now. Bobby and Sheetal are amazing. Customer service is excellent. They are very kind people. They take measures to make sure it is a good experience. I get my eyebrows threaded and it’s always great. I have also done waxing. They are clean and take appropriate precautions. I have never had any issues. The facials are very relaxing, and they use herbal ingredients which I love. They have a lot of different facial options, and they can also recommend ones that are good for your skin type. They do a great job with hair color and cuts as well. Pricing is very reasonable. They do get busy because they do such a great job, but they are very efficient. If you are getting anything more than eyebrow threading, I do recommend calling to make an appointment.“
