“Last minute I thought I booked an appointment for the 10AM the day of my flight and when I showed up I realized I never actually submitted my appointment request. In a panic I gave them a call to see if they could still see me. Could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Even while driving they were able to rearrange and have their tech come in early to squeeze me in. Best customer service EVER. Customer for life!“
“Easy peasy. In and out and beautiful color. Loved that the formula wasn’t greasy at all and didn’t rub off except on my dress I was wearing right after (to be expected). I tend to be super sensitive to smells and it wasn’t smelly at all. Will be back!“

“Nicole has been spraying me since 2015 & I always leave her salon feeling like a million bucks.I really love that she takes the time to find out what I am getting ready for and customizes my spray tan accordingly.For example, when I went to the beach last summer she did some special contouring and gave me a faux butt lift and abs!!! Nicole is also great with educating me on how to properly care for my spray and make it last for as long as possible. This is especially important during wedding season & the holidays - when both time and money are of concern. If you don’t want to worry about looking like Ross from Friends go see Nicole - you will not be disappointed!“

The only negative thing I have to say is the blonde girl at the front (I’m not certain her name, Haley or Kaley) is not personable at all. Every single staff member I have ever interacted with has been extremely friendly, kind and energetic. This girl never even cracks a smile. I will continue to go here because of how amazing everyone else is, but she is just not friendly at all.“

“Love this salon and all of the staff. I have been a member for many years before it was a PBT . pbt in east cobb has the busiest and hardest working staff. They always find the solution to whatever it is I’m seeking as far as my spray tan or my needs for lotion etc. i wish their owners would give them the much needed upgrade they (and their customers) have been patiently waiting for years to experience. So many other PBTs have had multiple Reno’s and this poor store is always packed with customers and always clean, and never under staffed. Come on …..owners of PBT, it’s way past the point of time for this salon to be a representation of your brand you have given all of your others salons! “Bed 2, the "open sun bed" is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!! BEST COLOR EVER! SUPER CLEAN BED AND ALWAYS FRESH BULBS! Sky and Meghan are my 2 favorite staff members. Very knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and just all round awesome ladies! I can't wait to start(hopefully) working here also!!! Salon is also ALWAYS very very clean and sanitized. Favorite salon so far and I've been to MANY PBT locations! The monthly price to tan daily in the diamond ? beds is worth every penny!“
