Our installer - James was quick and efficient. He made sure we knew how to operate our new automated blinds and walked me through the whole process. Stoneside came out when the blinds they installed for me a few years ago broke, leaving me with few options for light/heat reduction in the main bedroom during a summer heatwave. The tech was able to repair the blinds the same day, on site. Very happy with the service.
