I’m just so incredibly For the team at John’s Creek Dog Wash Cafe Pet Spa. I’ve been getting my dog groomed here for four years and I would never dream of letting anybody else take care of her. They love my dog the way I love my dog and that’s something that is truly invaluable. Amanda is m so kind and considerate and accommodating. Her attention to detail is amazing. If I have any requests or any tweaks, she makes them happily.I feel so safe leaving Chupa in their care. First of all…Wow! Wow! Wow!!! Our first time and the experience all around could not have been better!!! From the welcome greeting to the groomer and how super sweet she was. Couple that with what an AWESOME job she did on our boys!! Can’t say enough! And the ties!..??. Nuff said!!
Shelby is always so wonderful with my 16 lbs fluffy girl! She’s so patient - our girl is very excited and very wiggly. We’ve worked out a plan for sedation so that Shelby can work with her. I feel glad to see how happy she is when we pull in the parking lot and how happy she is to see Shelby! I book out 5-6 months to be sure to get an appointment with Shelby and am always pleased with the care my girl gets.
