First of all…Wow! Wow! Wow!!! Our first time and the experience all around could not have been better!!! From the welcome greeting to the groomer and how super sweet she was. Couple that with what an AWESOME job she did on our boys!! Can’t say enough! And the ties!..??. Nuff said!!

Shelby is always so wonderful with my 16 lbs fluffy girl! She’s so patient - our girl is very excited and very wiggly. We’ve worked out a plan for sedation so that Shelby can work with her. I feel glad to see how happy she is when we pull in the parking lot and how happy she is to see Shelby! I book out 5-6 months to be sure to get an appointment with Shelby and am always pleased with the care my girl gets.

I had an awesome experience today with my doodle groom. The ladies there are sweet and they speak to my pups sweetly too. The pups do get worn out because it is the best and most thorough groom I have ever had. Now my girls can feel better in this heat.
