The best part? I got a beautiful result in no time and at a very reasonable price! It’s rare to find such a great deal with such high-quality service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing salon experience!

I made an appointment with Luis Gonzales. I was clear when I expressed my needs to Luis. After speaking with him on the phone and explaining that it was the first time I had this type of treatment done and that I wanted my eyebrows to stand out because I obviously don't have eyebrows. He told me he had an offer for $390 but that I had to send him a deposit and schedule my appointment. Of course I did because I'm a serious person who wanted a service. When I arrived at his workplace, he changed his story and said that if I wanted something durable, the service would cost me more, and he raised it $160 more. I ended up paying for some Nano Browns $550 that by the second day were already faded in color. I communicated with him several times via text messages and always received long, false promises that he would touch them up. And that never happened from March 25th until May 8th when I sent him the last message and he never responded again. the last pictures was the first day of the treatment. The rest 2-3 days later. The first one that's my real eye brows I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT GOINT WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON.

This experience was terrible! I agree with everything Jane said 4 months ago, as the same thing happened to me, except I didn’t stick around for their baloney. I sat down, after they canceled and rescheduled twice, and was told I would need highlighter at $75 dollars extra. Excuse me? I got up, said, “Thank you for wasting my time,” and left. I’m so sorry you dealt with that, Jane. Shame on you, Ozlem Hair and Spa for running a Groupon scam! Don’t buy a Groupon from them. It’s a waste of time and money.

This is long overdue, but I have been with these group of hair stylists for almost 20 years since I was a young child and the last 8 or 9 years I have been with Zuzu consistently as we have gone from blonde to dark brown to jet black to even blue and blonde! She has been my go to and knows exactly what I want when I show her something new or something we haven’t done in awhile and always knows how to accomplish the look I desire as I love to change my hair up every other year or so. She is amazing and cares about the look you desire. I have had my hair done by other stylists when I moved states and still come up here to get my hair done here. Thank you Zuzu and Ozlem!
