During my session, there was a clear communication barrier with the therapist, and I was unable to effectively express that the pressure was uncomfortable. The technique lacked flow, and overall the service did not feel consistent with a professional massage experience. In addition, she chatted with another gal in the hall & even left the room once.
I ultimately chose to end the session early, which is something I have never done before. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. I would recommend the business ensure their therapists can communicate clearly with clients and provide a more cohesive, comfortable experience.

My foot massage with Eva was amazing. She is very experienced and nice to work with. The spa is very relaxing. I am definitely coming back.

I had an amazing experience. The therapist was highly skilled and I left feeling so much less tense. The atmosphere here is very relaxing and the people are incredibly nice. I'm a self-proclaimed massage snob, but these ladies definitely know what they're doing.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and every visit has been incredible. This is hands down the best place to get a massage in the Johns Creek, Cumming, and Alpharetta area. I happily drive 40 minutes because the quality is just that good.
I noticed some older reviews mention noise from the karate studio next door, but that’s no longer an issue. They’ve done a great job soundproofing the rooms, and my sessions have been quiet and relaxing.
The team here is simply amazing—professional, skilled, and consistent. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

Reading the reviews it looks like they must have had a change in owner or something cause about a year ago, all reviews went down the drain. I did not see these before I went. I went yesterday for a 1 hour foot massage. Was taken right in. They were nice. Place looked clean and nice. The massage itself was really good. The martial arts class next door was not. So incredibly loud. Very disturbing and impossible to relax with the screaming and thumbing. You would have to check first to not go during class hours. I felt bad for them, they can't do anything about it and I'm sure it's hurt their business but those are definitely two businesses that should not be next door to one another. She asked if wanted some special oil, I said no. I know they uncharge you that way, so do nail salons. She did have to leave a couple of times when someone walked in, she was only gone a few seconds so that didn't bother me. She was very nice and I enjoyed the massage itself. There a 3% charge for using a credit card, which they don't tell you about first and I didn't have cash. That is usually only under small amounts like 8 dollars so I don't know why it's like that. That seemed fishy. I planned on going back but after reading all the reviews, I may keep it to foot massages only. And never again during a class.

Please heed my advice—this shop is truly terrible. Despite repeatedly telling them about shoulder pain, they couldn’t massage the right spot. They even claimed they had already worked on it, but I felt no relief at all. Their attitude was rude when talking to me, and when it was time to pay, they demanded a tip. Of course, I didn’t leave one. They only worked for 15 minutes but charged $50, which is extremely unreasonable. Stay away from this massage shop; there are no real massage therapists there. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. An absolutely awful experience.
