I have been practicing Yoga with Hope for over 14yrs, I was a novice when I started, and she has been the most amazing mentor throughout this time. Last yr I broke my wrist, and she has patiently seen me thru tough times. Her knowledge and encouragement are priceless.
I got so much clarity out of my coaching sessions with Hope after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She helped me navigate the overwhelming maze of treatment decisions and find the path that was best for me and my personal health, both mentally and physically. 1 year after being diagnosed and a few months out of treatment I can say that I feel better than I have in a very long time and feel equipped to continue to make the right decisions for myself in the future.
I started working with Hope in October 2022 and my last meeting with her was in July 2023. I've waited a few months to leave a review of my experience because I wanted the time to pause, to consider my time with her, to leave a comment not just on how I grew with Hope, but on the growth I was looking to continue when I left.My time with Hope was well spent. She was a neutral voice, interested only in my well-being, in hearing my voice, in supporting my vision, and helping me find the strength to heal.
