I haven’t been to a dentist in a very very long time. I picked Haynes Bridge Dental based on reviews and insurance coverage and wow am I glad I did! I can’t say enough amazing things about their patient care. Mark was so caring, patient, supportive, and eased my anxiety - a legit rockstar. Dr. Juma was very clear and didn’t oversell which I definitely appreciated. I had some fillings done and Dr. Juma was excellent as was her PA. I will be back for more fillings and I’m so glad I picked this team for my dental care! Front desk staff was great too!

Hire new people for front desk!!!!!!!

The dentist are absolutely wonderful but the front desk staffs is horrific! If they know you have Groupon discount, when you call for schedule they will push you all the way back to next month, why? Because is probably not worth their time to give those customer a regular schedule, even when there is. The proof that statement is by someone that I know call in for open schedule before they knowledge the Groupon discount, and they were able to get him in next week instead of next month.

Another major issue and concern is we call in to reschedule for another patient, two days in advance before our original schedule date, the staff says “to reschedule we have a 48 hour policy, in order to get you on our next schedule it will be somewhere in the August”. We said “ we know the 48 hour policy that’s why we called now 2 days before our appointment. The staff decided to ignore that and continue to say they can only do August. KEEP IN MIND that our Groupon is going to expire on August, which the staff is well aware of that, as we notify her. Staff said well you can call Groupon for refund ?.

If anything this place needs to be change is not the location nor the environment, is the people, specifically the front desk old lady

Had a great dental visit at Haynes Bridge Dental. Front desk staff are extremely nice and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Juma.. an amazing dentist and humble person.
I got both cleaning and fillings done in one visit.
Can’t thank the office enough for a wonderful dental experience. Five stars hands down ?.

Great dentist, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist recommendation.

It’s a liar!! Dental hygienist don’t want to clean if they think it wasn’t worth.always recommend deep cleaning,don’t waste your time and money for here.the hygienist can not dependently finish her work,need 1 more people estimated the teeth level.almost spend 30 minutes,then said they can’t do it.
This is what they always do. I paid then I was rejected the service.

I had a great experience here at Haynes Bridge Dental Care. Special thanks to Paige, the dental hygienist. She cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The service was phenomenal and I appreciate the friendly staff. Dr. Nelson did a great job and provided informative information. I did find them on Groupon and they do have a new patient special that’s $99. They also offer a yearly in-house dental plan for $79 that will help with costs. Thank you all so much and I will be back.
