JoAnn is an expert at her craft! my hair was a mess with horrible long roots and she made me look ten years younger by doing a natural beautiful highlight (with some Balayage technique) & perfect cut! She's a magician & she listens! 😍 She's so friendly and affordable and I will never go anywhere else!!! I highly recommend this lovely miracle worker!!!! I'm obsessed with my hair now! I visited Joann last month in preparation for a long vacation. She gave me a keratin treatment, cut and color. A month later, it still looks great! My style is easy to manage and the keratin held up great even after a couple trips in the Mediterranean Sea! I have a lot of thick coarse hair which can be hard to manage. Thanks to Joann for helping to make it manageable. She is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and needs while offering great advice.
