Great place. Very understanding. Dr. Waldrop is very personable and seems to be one of the few doctors around who handles what he does. I love him. Jackie is very thorough and exact. She covers all her bases. The office staff is kind and helpful. Couldn't find a better place to go. I've been going there for years!
I am giving 3 stars because the nurse practitioners and office manager were really nice. I would give them a 5. but the front desk, I would give one star. We havent met the doctor yet which was a little disappointing after waiting months for this appointment.
Dr Waldrop is amazing! You can tell right away he really cares about his patients. He listens and responds, is never dismissive, and always works to match the symptoms to a diagnosis. He spends plenty of time with each patient, ensuring all their needs are met before leaving his office. He always walks his patients to checkout and is supremely friendly and informative throughout the whole visit. Dr Waldrop really wants his patients to understand what is going on with their symptoms, what can be done to help, and any possible solutions to greatly improve their quality of life. We drive over an hour to see him, when we have plenty of options within 10 minutes of our house....read full review
