Fantastic experience, I can't say enough good about it. I am telling everyone I know that Basley's is the absolute best. I had tried calling another flower shop that is allegedly local but seems more like a scam because they were adding 25$ worth of "taxes and fees" that they couldn't explain to me. I hung up with them and called my new favorite florist. Delilah really puts one at ease with her calm reassurance. I had to order flowers for a funeral, a difficult process in itself, and she made me feel comfortable and followed up with a picture of the final product.
