I arrived home to find an error message on my Nest thermostat. Tri-County Heating and Air was not only incredibly responsive to my service call, the technician taught me how to troubleshoot and fix the issue myself it if ever happens again. I could not be happier with our decision to have our units installed by Tri-County - and by their ongoing exemplary customer service!!!

Go out of their way to help their customers. Explains options and what the real differences are other than just pdice and there are definate differences between the different companies out there and the different models in which companies sell and service.
They are also competitive on their pricing and are honest which is sometimes very hard.

This is one of those small town businesses that is run on old school values. They are unfailingly responsive and professional. And every single one of them that I’ve had interactions with from the gal who answers the phone to the young man who services the equipment made doing business with them an absolute joy.
