Power Solutions scheduled an appointment to troubleshoot our 22kw Generac. Arrived as scheduled. Jamin, the technician, quickly found the problem after a few diagnostic checks. Installed the defective part and ran the generator for about 15 to 20 minutes to make sure the problem was corrected. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Thankfully the generator was under warranty. Highly recommend Power Solutions in Jasper.
I have a Generac generator purchased from Power Solutions. i have them come out in the Spring and Fall for checkups on the generator. The gentleman who came today was very nice, came early this morning and checked the generator out. I highly recommend this company and Generac generators.
