Stole my money. Now will not answer the phone. I paid $1210 for a ford engine. Never received anything, then told I would get a refund. Months later I know it’s not going to happen. Why can’t they shut this down. Look at how many of us have been scammed for thousands of dollars over state lines.
Poor customer service
Charged me $1351.94 for a rebuilt transmission that was not rebuilt.
Then refused to refund me all my money and charge me for shipping and pallet fee. DO NOT BUY anything from this company unless you have money to just give away
This company needs to be shut down. All they do is send out bad engines and do not Honor their word. Incorrect engine received per sales order, engine was so full of sludge it should be in the junkyard. The company refuses to acknowledge their error and issue a refund. They expect the customer to cover return shipping on a company error in sending the incorrect engine and an engine that belongs in the junkyard. In reading the BBB reviews on this company, this seems to be their MO, they sell items and then do not honor their products. This place needs to be shut down.
