Dr. Gordon and our hygienists Kim and Heather were fantastic. Gentle, thorough and so personable. How often can you say you had a great time at the dentist ? Dr. Gordon is very accomplished, knowledgeable about the latest technologies and incredibly effective as she helps us navigate the best treatments plan for us. My husband and I drive a long way to work with Dr. Gordon and she’s worth the effort.

Dr. Herron is an incredible dentist. He takes the time to go over each issue with clarity and expertise. His staff is top notch. The front office staff is kind, informative and understanding. The hygienists take their jobs seriously while making their patients feel at ease. Jasper Dental Associates is a 5 star practice and I highly recommend them.

After 3 failed Dentists, it was good to see Dr. Gordon 3 times ! She’s still there, a good thing. The phone is now answered promptly and soon. Much bettter follow through from the front office, twice, though, my appt was messed up, so I waited nearly1 hour. Something wrong there. It’s been a shaky patient/doctor experience, but better now, so far. The insurance thing is still a mystery, and I wonder if the practice is actually a BCBS provider. It’s been scary sometimes. Otherwise, a better experience. Maybe check now with your voice mail and update your web site. Kudos for the new approach—much needed.
