I can't say enough good things about my experience at Wellstar Sylvan Grove Rehabilitation Center in Jackson, GA. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, respected, and truly cared for. The therapists were not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly compassionate and encouraging throughout my recovery journey.
The facility was always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed to succeed. The personalized treatment plan they created for me made a huge difference in my progress, and I felt supported every step of the way.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience at Sylvan Grove. My mom was there to recover from a broken hip. The nurses, PTs and OTs were all top notch. They are caring and compassionate. It’s awesome to have a daily schedule; my mom knew when to expect PT or OT. There was even a schedule for her pain meds. The nurses answer the call button very quickly. It was so comforting to know that her needs were met every day. Thank you!!!
I can’t say enough good things about the care at Sylvan Grove Center for Rehab! From the tour I was given before having my husband transferred to that facility to the care he received everything was excellent. Response time to his needs combined with the empathy and compassion he received from everyone could not have been better. I highly recommend Sylvan if you want your loved one to receive the best care.
