Eian was outstanding. Very professional and extremely informative. Took the time to talk to me about the tankless water heaters he installed, and left me feeling very confident about their use. Additionally, the work areas were spotless after he left. Great company, great customer service, great people, highly recommended!
I called MasterCraft when an old pipe split and water was going everywhere. They came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan with us on how to best repair it for the lowest cost. Ean worked overtime to make sure that there were no leaks and that the water pressure was back to where it was supposed to be. He advised us that the reason for the pipe split was that the pressure regulator was no longer working, thus the water pressure going through the pipe was about double the norm, causing the pipe to split. We will definitely use MasterCraft in the future for our plumbing needs!
