Probably the best experience I’ve ever have ever had. I called my insurance (AHS) very late in the afternoon with an AC not cooling issue. Global HVAC of Georgia were assigned by AHS within 1 minute. Global called me within 15 minutes. Casey Burns was assigned to come out between 8 & 9 the next morning. At 7:45 he knocked on my door following a text message that he was on his way! Does it get better than that? He found my issue within 10 minutes and completely restored my AC to full operation. Casey was warm, friendly and professional. Mike and his crew were amazing. Came out on a very hot Saturday morning and replaced my upper HVAC unit which just happened to be in the attic. What a sweaty job. Mike is very professional in all aspects, willing to work with what a client’s needs are, and goes above & beyond to get the job done.
